Our organization was founded on the belief that animals are entitled to kind and respectful treatment at the hands of humans and must be protected under the law. What sets us apart from other animal charities is the dependability and dedication of our member charities as they work to end all animal cruelty and suffering caused by abandonment, abuse, inhuman treatment and animal testing.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to keep pets with their families and reduce the number of abandoned dogs and cats. We accomplish this by distributing donated pet food to food banks and local food pantries.
Our Approach is Unique
United Pet’s approach is to help people before they give up their pets. Food stamps does not cover pet food. United Pets Charity immediate goal is to make sure that people in need have the resources to feed their pets. We accomplish this by distributing donated pet food to The Food Banks. And in doing so United Pets Charity achieves its ultimate goal to keep pets with their families and out of the shelters.
